Four new ways to decide when your survey shows up
Show your survey to a returning visitor to check in on their experience, or catch someone with an exit-intent prompt right as they're about to leave. Trigger it once a visitor scrolls to the end of a page — good for asking about an article they've actually finished, not just glanced at — or sample opinions from roughly one in every N visitors instead of surveying everyone at once. The cookie trigger targets visitors who match something you already track, like a post-purchase survey for anyone with a checkout-complete cookie, or a survey scoped to one A/B test group.
Combine triggers when one moment isn't specific enough on its own — delay plus exit intent, for example, only surveys someone who's stuck around a while and is now on their way out.
