Popup form

A popup form shows a small trigger button fixed to a corner of the page. Visitors click it to open the form in a floating panel — nothing is visible until they choose to engage.

The trigger button (right edge) and the form it opens.

Use cases

  • Pages where every pixel matters (landing pages, checkout flows) — a popup adds zero visual footprint until someone actually wants to use it, unlike an inline form which always takes up space.
  • General "how can we improve" feedback that should stay out of the way by default, available but never competing with the page's own content.
  • A persistent "Feedback" tab that's always reachable without being permanently visible.

Configuration

  • Position — set from the popup's Styles form: pick left/top/right/bottom offsets (in px), with preset corner buttons for the common placements.
  • Trigger button text — the button's own label, edited in Form copy (this field only exists for this type — the no-button variant has nothing to label).
  • Steps/fields/theming work the same as every other type.
