Domains & companies

Domains

A domain is a website you collect feedback on — its host (e.g. example.com) and the list of languages your surveys on it can be shown in. Manage yours from Domains: add a domain, set its host, and pick which locales it supports. A survey's own available languages follow whatever locales its domain has configured — see Languages for how that connects.

Each plan includes a set number of domains; creating one past your limit is blocked until you upgrade or buy additional domain slots. See Free & paid accounts for the actual per-tier numbers.

Companies

A company owns one or more domains, along with your employees, teams, and billing. Most accounts only ever have a single company — you create one automatically when you sign up, and everything (domains, surveys, employees) lives under it.

Companies lets you switch which company's data you're viewing. Whichever company and domain you have selected applies across the whole admin app — surveys, responses, the dashboard, and alerts are all scoped to the currently selected domain.
