Once you're over the included response count, extra responses bill in blocks rather than cutting you off — the exact block size and price scale with your tier (visible on the Billing page when you're choosing a plan).
Domains, employees, and active surveys are hard caps, not overage-billed — trying to go over one is blocked with a message telling you to upgrade, rather than silently succeeding.
