Team restrictions

By default every survey is visible to anyone on your team who can see its domain. Team restrictions narrow that down to specific teams, in the survey editor's Team access section (left nav).

Restricting a survey to one or more teams, with the separate responses-visibility toggle below.

Restricting who can see the survey

Pick one or more teams in the teams field. Once at least one team is added, the survey is only visible to employees who belong to at least one of the listed teams — adding a second team widens access (an OR across teams), it doesn't narrow it further. Removing every team returns the survey to unrestricted.

Restricting responses too — a separate toggle

Restricting the survey itself does not automatically hide its responses from everyone else — that's a second, explicit switch ("restrict responses to the same teams") that only appears once you've added at least one team. Leave it off and the survey shows up only for those teams, but its responses still show up for everyone with domain access; turn it on and responses are restricted the same way. This is deliberate: restricting who can edit a survey shouldn't silently also hide data other teams may still need to see, unless you choose that explicitly.
